About Ken Fullam
I KEN TEACH (It’s not just a catchy slogan for an extremely effective online English Teaching/Tutoring Service – it is true: I can teach, I really do, teach online English, with humor, too.) I am a semi-retired, University, Community College, and High School teacher, with 25 years of experience teaching English, History, and Humanities courses, who currently teaches online English courses, is currently open to accepting 4-5 new students, and who has found humor to be a very effective educational tool (my students often laugh during classes & enjoy learning English while having fun, too). I have 10+ years of experience teaching each of the following courses: • University-Level Freshman English Composition, • Community College and High School Freshman English Composition, • University-Level “Rhetoric and Arguments”/“Arguments and Composition,” (Teaching students to write Argumentative Essays, for English or History, is my specialty), • English Literature I and II, • American Literature I and II, • American History I (to 1877), • World History I (to 1500CE), and, • World History II (to present day). In addition, I also have 5+ years of experience teaching online I KEN TEACH English classes to international students preparing for, or looking for help with, the following: • The US Citizenship and Naturalization test/Exam, • The Cambridge English Proficiency Exam (CPE), • AP English and Composition, or, • University/Community College Freshman English Composition courses (where, again, my specialty involves teaching students how to write essays – using humor).
