About Ken Goff

I am a school administrator and educator who leads by serving. My experience demonstrates a focus on continual School Improvement bringing about growth and achievement of all students by fostering a collaborative team of all stakeholders. Experiences: As principal of Insight School of Indiana, a Hoosier Academies Network School, I worked with 7-12 students and their families to help them overcome obstacles with a unique and highly supportive approach - supporting students enabling them to have success in school. At Lafayette Christian School I provided leadership for a private k-8 school focused on academic excellence and provided a high-level of family collaboration to achieve consistent "A" grades from the Indiana DOE. We also achieved the state's Four Star recognition 2015-2016 for the first time in the history of the school.
