A graduate of the Culinary Management program at Toronto’s George Brown College, Ken Grant brings many years of operations experience to the foodservice and hospitality industry. Ken specializes in Operations Management, Restaurant Opening, Training & People Development, Bar & Beverage Innovation. Ken has a passion for the hospitality industry and has always striven to align himself with winning teams who share his desire to succeed. Ken has shared success and grown with some of Canada’s top brands including Boston Pizza, Original Joe’s, FDF Restaurant Brandz, White Spot Restaurants, & HMSHost. Ken attributes his career success to hard work, being hands-on, surrounding himself with great people and nurturing a fun, positive and stable work environment. He believes that people are a restaurant’s most important asset in the hospitality industry. Ken, who grew up in Cambridge, Ontario, has resided in Vancouver since he finished college. He is a Wine, Beer & Cocktail enthusiast, dog lover, outdoorsman & an avid snowboarder.
