About Ken Graven

Ken celebrated his 30th year at Salter 2021. In recent years, Ken has focused on bringing his technology visioning skills to higher education and leads with a nearly unmatched list of recent project experience including UC San Diego Innovation and Design Building, CSU Chico New Science Building, Santa Rosa Junior College STEM Building, UC Hastings College Academic Building, and the Chabot and College of Marin Learning Centers. Ken understands how technology plays an increased role both during and after the Pandemic, and at the same time must continue to meet the needs of traditional learning styles. A registered Electrical Engineer in the State of California, Mr. Graven has provided audiovisual, acoustical and telecommunications design consulting services on over 500 projects spanning a 30-year career. With extensive experience as a presenter, musical performer (alto and tenor saxophones) and content developer, he clearly understands the relationship between technology and the user. As an advocate of sustainable design with CTS-D, RCDD, and LEED AP accreditations, Ken believes that technology will be the key to solving many of today's challenging problems.
