As a FastTrack Solutions Architect at Microsoft, I help customers onboard to Microsoft 365 services and migrate their data, ensuring app compatibility, security, and compliance. I have over five years of experience in this role, and I hold multiple certifications, including MCSE+I, MCSE, and VMware. My mission is to enable chat-based collaboration and productivity apps, guide Microsoft 365 Apps and Copilot deployments, and gain user adoption and realize business values. Assisting large enterprises to deploy and configure an AI solution using Copilot and Copilot Chat have been a major focus for me in the past two years. I also provide technical and business insights to inform product improvements that accelerate deployment and usage. I am the voice back to Engineering on direct customer feedback on our products, and I welcome candid and transparent feedback.
