Government in America today is like a football game with no lines on the field any longer. The two teams (state and federal governments) no longer know where to line up, where the line of scrimmage is, what is a first down or out of bounds or where the end zones are any more. As a Utah State Representative, I am working with leaders around the nation to repaint the lines on the field and restore and maintain governing balance to secure the rights of the people. I believe our biggest concerns today are not left vs. right but centralized vs. self-government. I believe by restoring the unique structure of our government, both diversity and unity can again thrive by restoring the constitutional limits, divisions and balance of governing powers between the federal government and the states. As an attorney, I help people and business protect their assets, their businesses and their legacy. I focus my practice on estate planning (wills, trusts, advanced directives), business planning and real estate matters.
