His responsibilities included creating a revenue management/pricing function, leading sales operations for local and national sales, and leading corporate transformation in supply chain, digital, and sales. Prior to Sysco, he worked for a number of leading foodservice and consumer products companies such as Compass Group, International Traders/First American Carriers, The Coca-Cola Company and The Dr Pepper/Seven Up Company. His expertise and background highlights include: Proven record of margin expansion, revenue growth and strategy at Sysco, United States Steel and other organizations Extensive restructuring and transformation experience including key engagements with McKinsey & Co. and with other leading technology and management consultants Demonstrated success in delivering category management and procurement for a leading $10B global food company Transformative change and culture leader with several executive teams @ USS and Sysco 10+ years of experience reporting to CEOs and working closely with Boards to develop and execute strategic vision A relentless focus on continuous improvement and team development
