Hi my name is Ken Kackley here's some pretty cool stuff I've done ~5 Years Helpdesk/Service Technician Experience serving Higher Education at the University of Lynchburg 1 year experience as Jr Systems Administrator serving Higher Education at Randolph College 2 years experience as a Tier II SOC Analyst for AT & T / LevelBlue working as a contractor. This being my current position. I've dedicated the past 7-8 years to the evolving landscape of IT. Starting from a foundational role in IT Helpdesk and user support. I've been blessed to have been exposed to these experiences as they would help hone my cybersecurity, system management, networking, and IT operations skills. In each field I went into, I went with a mindset of being extremely coachable, being willing to learn, and having the drive to learn from mistakes. This would eventually lead to an opportunity to become a Jr systems administrator, and soon after having an opportunity to contract with AT & T becoming a SOC Tier II.
