My job is to get clients the best possible financing for their business or commercial property needs. As the owner of K2 Commercial Finance I have secured over $75 million in funding for hundreds of small and medium sized businesses. Helping people achieve business or commercial property ownership goals and improving the financial futures for clients and their employees is why I do what I do. I have a knack for understanding exactly how any transaction can get to the closing table as quickly as possible and with the best possible terms. Even loans that have already been turned down by other lenders. I work with virtually all property types and loan programs (conventional - bridge loans - stated income loans - CMBS loans - Freddie Mac - SBA - USDA and more). As a matter of principle my company receives ZERO compensation for a transaction until after it is closed. If we can't fund a transaction we haven't solved a problem or earned a fee.
