About Ken Kingery

We are insanely focused on digital transformation for small to mid-sized companies and helping them automate workflows and get rid of paper documents enterprise wide. Why is that important? Peter Drucker said,"you can't manage what you can't measure." As an example, how long has that document (invoice, PO, sales order, work order, etc.) been on Sally's desk? If it is a paper document, you will never know that answer. But, if all documents arrive digitally and flow through workflows digitally, you can see in a dashboard view every document and where it is in its workflow process. You can finally drill down into critical workflows and see where you have inefficiencies and mis-applied resources. Getting rid of the paper across the enterprise leads to quantum leaps in productivity; especially when combined with AI tools with intelligent workflow routing.
