Ken’s purpose is to inspire others to play, laugh and grow.With over 15 years of experience in leadership development, facilitation, organizational change, performance coaching and Applied Improvisation, Ken has developed and impactfully lead transformational sessions with a variety of sectors including natural resources, tech, film and television, videogaming, construction, non-profits, government and finance. He has a reputation for developing and nurturing joyful and results-based, long term relationships with the of global leaders that he’s had the pleasure of collaborating with.Ken believes that leaders set the cultural tone and give permission for all behaviour in every organization and that kindness, clarity, compassion and clear values are the cornerstones for developing a healthy, thriving team. Through dynamic, supportive group and individual coaching, he has inspired many leaders to become more aware of and accountable for their behaviour which has resulted in healthier, happier and more productive organizational cultures. As an exceptionally engaging and impactful facilitator he has demonstrated that inspiration and change happen when people feel safe, valued and challenged.Ken is also a Leo award winning actor with over 40 film and tv credits and a Canadian Comedy Award winning improv comedian who has performed of shows to hundreds of thousands of people all over North America, Australia and the Caribbean. Through this invaluable experience as a performer, Ken is uniquely qualified in coaching clients to develop impactful executive presence, navigating change and becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable. He is sought after for his ability to inspire and lead individuals and groups in amplifying their authentic voice, releasing limiting beliefs, stepping up and owning their leadership potential.Ken graduated with honours from Thompson Rivers University’s Social Service Worker Program and holds certificates in motivational interviewing, substance misuse counselling, solution-focused counselling and EQ Assessment. He’s also a pretty good guitar player who loves sweet, sweet metal🤘
