About Ken Lechter

I am an excellent communicator. I easily grasp large concepts, while I am still abile to focus on the details in order to ensure the proper execution of the work. My skill set is flexible and I am able to adjust to any environment or task required. My management style is relaxed but goal orientated. I encourage staff participation and I manage to an employees strengths in order for them to achieve their maximum potential. Both my commercial and residential tenants know that all issues will be resolved in a timely manner once they have voiced their concern. I service my customers in a professional and courteous manner in order to achieve maximum tenant retention thereby keeping the buildings occupied. I am looking for a company that will offer me an opportunity to excel at my job and grow within their corporate structure.
