Trained as a civil engineer, he has worked on a variety of projects for international contractors and has extensive experience in programme preparation, site supervision, engineering design, tender submission, and extension of time claims preparation and delay analysis. Ken works with clients to proactively manage their time risks and to avoid time-related disputes. 13 years of his experience has been spent specializing in the preparation and presentation of expert evidence for delay analysis to mediation and arbitration for public and private sector clients. Ken is fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and his specialised computer software skills include Primavera’s P6, P3, Suretrak, Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Office.
