Beginning with learning Basic Electronic Troubleshooting Skills in the U.S.M.C. as a Avionics System Technician after an Honorable Discharge I then started working for McDonnell Douglas (later aquired by Boeing) as a Electrical Assembler and worked my way up to an Avionics Test Technician. I started going to University of Phoenix while still employed at Boeing and during one of my first classes Interfaced with a contact who worked at Sprint and this lead to my getting hired in the IT Enterprise Services support position. I supported internal Sprint employees at Switch sites, Retail locations and Sales offices this included software, hardware, network for desktop and laptop users. My final position with the company was Western Regional Technical Team Lead. My responsibilities included escalations from field techs as well as special projects in enterprise services. I then worked for Halliburton as an Electronic Technician which combined my skills as an Electronics Technician in Aerospace and my Computer skills. My current position at Verizon also combines serveral skills I have aquired over years as well as skills developed as a do it yourself'er mechanic and home improvements. I have 25+ years of troubleshooting experience a constant desire to challenge myself and learn new technology. I can learn as I work and pick up new technology very quickly. I can work independently without direct supervision but also excel in a team environment. I have a varied work experience that is invaluable in many situations with a common theme of using my troubleshooting skills in the many disciplines I have experience in.
