As an experienced Senior Manager with diverse skills in strategic planning and productive improvement implementation, operations management, human resources processes, safety compliance, facilities management and training delivery, I’ve led teams to exceptional outcomes and initiated lucrative improvement programmes. I have a proud history of facilitating growth and leading new opportunities by building teams from inception and orchestrating business growth strategies, while driving business evolution, some highlights of these are: • Developing new services, engaging new markets, and enhancing existing offerings for the Chris Mee Group, including the launch of emergency response support to high risk industrial environments, which delivered €290K turnover within first 12 months. • Leading a project team for the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards across all business activities, in order to meet the expectations and requirements of high-value blue-chip clients. • Overseeing operations for the fit-out project to establish new Dublin and Cork offices, supporting business growth, especially in Dublin where revenues have been increasing on average 20/25% per annum.
