A little history about Ken: I have acquired several years of college experience from Shelton State Community College and The University of Alabama. I have also obtained many years of work experience in various roles. I found, during my search for my career niche, that customer service is my passion. Not only is client satisfaction essential for the advancement of every business, but I have the natural desire to support and empower people. I decided to change and to solidify my career path by pursuing opportunities that would allow me to practice my interpersonal skills on the administrative level as I am interested in furthering my customer service success outside of the retail industry. I am convinced that given this incredible opportunity, I will demonstrate full competence and excel in any task given to me. I have obtained more than nine years’ experience in customer service related jobs and more than one year in an office/administration role. In my positions, I successfully developed strong verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, planning, and development skills.
