I am an “Out of the Box” thinker with ownership initiative, excellent crisis management with organizational tools, developer and lead auditor of lean Operations, people process change agent, cost containment and cost reduction using tools such as 8D’s, Visual Plant, 6 Sigma, Fish-bone, PDCA (plan, do, check, act) and 5S via business quality models of ISO TS 16949, ISO 18001, ISO 45001. I am results oriented and self directed hands-on functional street smart business and financial entrepreneur with 20 plus years in; Automotive manufacturing Union and Non-Union, paper folders and carbon paper manufacturing, machinery and automated systems including robotics and vision solutions, services and governmental non-profit industries, 5 new company start-ups; 4 automotive and 1 Robotic and Automation Plant, and 12 years corporate and multi-site multi-cultural experience, 10 years union and 12 plus years union free experience.
