About Ken Moss

I started in the real estate business after completing a B.S. in Finance and obtained an M.B.A. and M.S.A form the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management. After working in the public accounting sector for two years, I decided to enter real estate, as my Grandparents owned a large brokerage in Arizona and knew from my pedigree that I found my passion and purpose in life! My first venture in real estate was in the finance area in working with residential and commercial clients for all their financing need. I then added real estate sales in 2003 and obtained my salesperson license as I wanted a new challenge transacting the residential and commercial deals that were coming across my desk. This was the move of a lifetime as I entered an extraordinarily strong real estate market throughout the Western United States and was able to handle both the transaction, as well as the financing, which gave me a very well-rounded business model that allowed me to handle multiple transactions as a dual agent. In the past ten years, I have also added an enormously powerful addition to my portfolio of services, transacting and financing senior housing and assisted living facilities. This area of real estate has been underserved and I realized this specialization was a niche to further compliment my already thriving business. Further, I accelerated my financing background by adding loans designed specifically for seniors as well as alternative documentation for self-employed borrowers; and those who have high liquidity but have challenges providing traditional bank documentation such as W-2’s and tax returns. I look forward to working with you and handling all your real estate, financing, and senior housing needs.
