This is a digital experience hotel that I Have identified a new customer, the Technology Traveler. My name is Ken Patel I am the Founder and CEO of EV Hotels and EV Human Software. After a life-long career in hospitality running hotels. I have created the first SMART hotel with crypto and NFT experiences. With the intention of revolutionizing the hospitality industry from business as usual to futureproof. My hotel concept came to me as an answer to three questions which have been plaguing hotel industry for decades. How do we differentiate ourselves? How do we create multiple revenue streams? How do we overcome labor shortages? EV Hotels make tech savvy travelers happy with luxury guest experiences supported by AI and smart devices. We make Owners happy with multiple revenue streams from crypto to NFTs and even a revenue enhancement meeting room. Our back-end technology makes employees happy by streamlining processes to elevate all employees to what they do best, interacting with guests. Our first hotel opens in Arizona in April 2023, and we are now in the process of getting ready for launch but also looking to start building our next EV Hotel and building partnerships with EV Human. 2022 is my 26th year in hospitality. I graduated from one of the top Hospitality school in the world where I obtained my MBA in international hospitality management. When I was mulling over these questions, I was investing in Crypto and became very interested in NFTs. I started to think outside the box. I went to Staples, bought a journal book, and took it everywhere. I drew two columns; in the first column, I documented a list of all the ways we did business as usual, and in the second column was a non-traditional alternative to business. I was relentless and in the end I concluded. The fundamental difference between hotels was not the rooms but the experience, we need to enhance this with human-centric technology. Creating multiple revenue streams would ensure hotels were still profitable with low occupancy. Automation would resolve many of the labor shortage issues we have.
