My journey started in the U.S. Air Force, where I learned discipline, attention to detail, and the importance of keeping operations running, no matter the challenge. Today, I bring those same principles to my role at Delta Air Lines as a Customer Care Supervisor, where I sit at the intersection of IT, analytics, and service. Whether I’m analyzing SQL reports to reduce handling time or coordinating with IT during system outages, I thrive on creating structure in chaos and making the complex feel simple. Along the way, I’ve worn a lot of hats: supporting veterans through higher ed systems, driving digital insights at Aetna CVS, launching growth strategies as a Director of Business Development, and building databases that actually work. I’ve earned certifications in Azure, CyberOps, and Security+, and I’m currently expanding my skill set in Linux and ethical hacking. I love learning, leading, and creating systems that not only work—but scale.
