From starting as a Professional Recruiter to ultimately serving as a Senior Account Manager, my journey has been defined by lasting partnerships, evolving challenges, and the opportunity to support both federal agencies and commercial enterprises nationwide. I’ve helped 100+ integrators and clients navigate large-scale workforce and IT initiatives, supplying cleared and non-cleared talent to critical missions across CONUS and OCONUS locations. Whether supporting the Department of Defense or Fortune 500 technology clients, my strength has always been aligning people, purpose, and strategy. I’ve led go-to-market strategies, driven channel and teaming engagement, and mentored teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes. Along the way, I’ve developed deep expertise in federal acquisition, pricing strategy, GovWin intelligence, and full life-cycle service delivery. I’m proud of what I’ve built—particularly the relationships, both personal and professional, that have stood the test of time.
