In my career as a visual communicator, I have had the opportunity to hone my creative skills, and the senior medical writers I’ve worked with all have complimented me on my ability to take complex topics and make them easier to digest as well as visually appealing. I know I can contribute in a positive way and this is why I want to be able to become a part of this organization. Currently employed as a Lead Creative for a local resort management company responsible for leading and managing creative initiatives to develop innovative and compelling creative solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This role involves providing creative direction, conceptualizing ideas, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work across various media channels. Previously self-employed at CMYKRuiz.com LLC, where I continue to service clients from the pharmaceutical industry mostly in the northeast of the US. Visual Communication Specialist with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJMVC) I implemented many workflows for creative design that were previously not established. Additionally provided advanced creative design for various projects in print, digital, signage, interactive, and outreach projects which raised the bar of this state agency higher than previous administrations garnering awards along the way. Previously, as a Senior Graphic Designer for Clarivate, I received praise for my overall support of the team and my positive attitude. My further qualifications include a bachelor’s degree from Kean University, a certificate in animation from New York University, as well as continually updating skills in the latest Adobe, project management, and Office software on Windows and Macintosh.
