About Ken Rosenthal

Ken has been with the CDC for over 28 years. For the first 20 years, he worked as a Sr. Loan Officer originating SBA 504 loans in California. Ken has financed over SBA loans for over $2 Billion. For over 8 years, Ken has run the sales and marketing for CDC’s wholesale division – CDC Capital Markets - which works nationwide funding wholesale SBA 504 first mortgages with Morgan Stanley. Ken is a former member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Development Companies. Ken has been the National Sales and Marketing Training Instructor for NADCO for over 10 years. Ken’s personal mission is to inspire and enhance people’s lives by helping them achieve amazing results in the areas of mental, physical, and fiscal fitness. Personally, Ken enjoys most sports (especially surfing) and fitness. Ken has been teaching fitness for over 30 years and is a former 6 time US National and World Aerobic Champion. Ken is currently on the Board of Directors of the Kauai North Shore Community Foundation – a non profit foundation created to enhance the educational, cultural and charitable vitality of Kauai’s North Shore. He is Chair of the Health and Wellness Committee and Director of the Ohana Fit Fest – their annual health and fitness event supporting the Foundation. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Princeville at Hanalei Community Association and serves as its Treasurer. He is also on the Board of Directors and Vice Chair for the Anaina Hou Community Park working in finance and marketing. Ken combines his background, expertise and passion of finance, fitness, real estate, business and people in his career and giving back to the community through his Board activities.
