About Ken Roux

I’m all about geeking out and following my inner nerd when it comes to gadgets and technology. My love for “computers” started back in the 80’s when I remember spending an unforeseen amount of time punching in Basic code on a ZX Spectrum console just to see my work in “action”. From there I have always had a keen interest in programming languages and the most recent self-study took me down the Objective-C adventure path to create my very own an iPhone app. As a Director in the Enabling Functions practice within Deloitte National Consulting, I have a keen interest in Digitization and how this is no longer just an add-on feature to existing channels or products and services a business has to offer, in fact, many aspects of the customer experience are digital by default, therefore, creating an urgent need to accelerate digital transformation to remain competitive. I am passionate about building capable, self-sufficient, cross-functional Delivery and Operational teams by enabling people through processes, tools and technology in order to best assist and enhance a business’s digital capability and transformation which ultimately delivers products and services with greater levels of efficiency.
