After UNCA, relocated to Atlanta for position as Project Coordinator with Active Retirement of Atlanta, Senior Living Developers in Richmond Virginia. In 1985 opened my own Landscape Design and Installation company " A Growing Concern". In 1994 aquired my Real Estate License for my personal use to buy and renovate homes in Atlanta. My success with Buckhead Brokers lead to giving up the landscape game and in 1997 was awarded with Agent Of The Year for that firms NE office. Design Consulting began in Working with clients in the planning stages of New Construction and Renovation. My Real Estate and Design background allows me to work in Home Staging, which is key to success in the current market. Specialties: In my 25+ years in Atlanta Real Estate I personally have bought and renovated 18 homes, Over saw the construction of my own sq ft home. My Design Consulting began in with Architect Brian Bethea Smith one of Atlantas most respected home designers. Space Planning, Kitchen Design, Electrical Plans, Exterior Hardscape Design.
