About Ken Simmons

Ken has been working in the sales industry in one form or another for over 20 years and has accumulated a wealth of experience and strong knowledge in negotiating and dealing with a wide variety of people. In the past Ken has enjoyed a successful career as the owner/director of a wholesale lighting company, owned and operated a horticultural, ponds and pumps business and was employed as a “Quarantine Inspection officer” working on behalf of AQIS. With Real Estate Ken believes he has found his “niche in life” and over a number of years has enjoyed remarkable success. As a mark of that success, he has received numerous industry awards including: Becoming a member of the REIWA “Ten to fifteen million dollar club” in 2012 and 2013 Receiving “top salesperson”, Number of sales 2012 (5th place) at the Western Australian annual state awards Being inducted into the National Raine and Horne Chairman’s Club Plus numerous Centurion Real Estate office awards Real estate has always been a passion of Kens and he is very grateful to be able to do a job that he loves and as his track record shows, he is very successful at. It also allows Ken to prioritize his time around the other great loves of his life, his wife Anna and his three children. Ken and Anna are also actively involved within the schools and sporting communities of the High Wycombe, Maida Vale and Kalamunda areas. Being a local of High Wycombe for over 25 years and working extensively throughout the Maida Vale, Kalamunda, Lesmurdie, Forrestfield and Hills areas, Ken believes that he is well placed to offer professional, honest and accurate advice on the local and surrounding property market.
