About Ken Steenbuch

Working with project management within building, construction, renovation and infrastructure projects for the last 10 years across the Novo Nordisk organisation. The last few years projects concerning Activity Based Working covering user involved space design, strategic use of space and workspace design comprising a high share of change management has become more popular. Earlier I have had great experience being involved in building up a Project Office unit focusing on IT projects and projects relating to business development. I would describe myself as a hardworking, dedicated and cheerful individual. I am proud in taking ownership of projects and other tasks involved in and I take great pleasure succeeding achievement of ambitious goals. I believe knowledge sharing as a very important part of my responsibility to ensure and improve development in a project team as well, as in my own performance level. I regard cross collaboration and teamwork as highly important and furthermore as one of my specialties. I understand and highly priorities the key importance of satisfied customers and stakeholders.
