I hired a salesperson, but I have no idea what they did. I was paying them a good wage, but after the first three months they hadn’t even come close to winning a deal. Isn’t a salesperson supposed to grow my revenue? I was bleeding cash, so after 6 months I let them go. Looks like I’ll have to stay in sales… Have you heard this before? I’ve been rejected, humbled, and won big deals. I’ve networked, solved problems, and had prospects mistakenly think I was the owner of the business I was working for. I’ve also made every mistake a salesperson can make – mistakes which have honed my skills. It’s these skills which help me simplify sales for small business founders and owners, because at its core sales is simple: solve the problem for the person in front of you. Now I don’t offer a magic bullet for your sales problem. Instead, I provide the recipe and ingredients to create your own solution – and I stand alongside you as we make it.
