Built 2 Markets of campus, Miramar Market and the new Larger Tenaya Market and Eatery. I personal created the product mix and operation standards to maximize the space and service the student and neighborhood customers. The only fully operating Grocery and Eatery with many unique offering, with a staff of selected student employees. A key understanding of profit maximization and systems based management have help me develop very successful stores. Patience and thoroughness have helped me inspire very successful staff. Whether developing a new brand Business in California or working with an established Grocery giant, I have been successful due to my ability to adapt, learn, embrace, and understand the needs of my company. I have supervised and trained Markets selling more that 1 million a week with a staff of over three-hundred successful employees.
