Over the best part of the last decade I have been Investigations and Compliance Manager with Cabcharge Australia Ltd. Extensively involved with implementing company policy, compliance, security data/physical, accounts and all matters related to building maintenance. In this role I designed and implemented processes to streamline staff daily work functions (including interfacing with accounts department), constructed the companies first ‘high risk’ transaction detection process, brought the company up to new global standards for data protection at all six company sites and created the companies first monthly ‘fraud awareness’ presentations for industry third parties. A skilled professional with the experience, patience and understanding it takes to efficiently integrate to any new environment and be an asset to the ongoing benefit of any organisation. Specialties: Staff management, records management, report creation, security and physical controls, compliance and building management/maintenance. I have demonstrated my ability to quickly learn new technical skills (including relevant legislation), resolve problems and improve processes, which have attributed to successfully reducing critical production times.
