Hundreds of millions of chips have been shipped by several different companies of products designed by my development teams. Two of these products produced by Micron won Product of the Year awards from trade publications. Two 16 Megs that incorporated the die size shrinking design technology that I invented were a major factor in Micron being the only profitable DRAM maker in 1997.
