I am an experienced Media and Technology sector-focussed corporate lawyer, with a particular focus on the UK Media sector. I regularly advise on M&A, venture and growth capital investments, and strategic joint ventures, and have almost 20 years’ experience advising on transactions in the Media and Technology sectors. I act for all of: founders; management teams; corporates and trade buyers; investors; and investee companies, and have extensive international experience, including advising on US investments into the UK (both buy and sell-side). I advise clients throughout all stages of the corporate lifecycle: from start-ups; through early funding rounds; through growth and expansion phases; and ultimately to exit. I am particularly active in the UK mid-market, but advise many different clients, from multinational corporations to early stage companies.
