I am a hard-working and motivated administrator and support services professional, with extensive experience improving international relations within businesses with global stakeholders and employees. I am proficient in 3 languages and my recent roles have seen me utilise my accurate and culturally sensitive interpretation and translation skills, enabling improved communication and understanding between clients, management, staff and other stakeholders.I have over 9 years’ experience working in administration and customer service, utilising current knowledge of IT tools and administration procedures to support and enhance the performance of staff, management and other stakeholders. I take pride in my project management abilities and I have managed successful events that have played a key role in bringing culturally diverse communities together. I give a lot of my free time to Badminton Australia to help stage their sporting events and I am very excited to be chosen as a technical official for the 2018 Commonwealth Games. I am a strong believer in taking initiative and having the courage to follow through on my convictions, which is reflected in my favourite quote by John Foster Dulles: “If you are scared to go to the brink, you are lost.”I have completed a Bachelor of Business, majoring in International Relations, Finance and Trade, where I gained the foundations of my deep understanding of the complexity of international business, law and policy issues. My exceptional organisation and time management abilities have allowed me to complete multiple tasks with thorough efficiency, meeting deadlines to a high standard and supporting teams to do the same in demanding workplace environments. A dedicated support services professional, I am committed to continuous improvement and I am keen to take on new challenges, supporting my colleagues and team members and exceeding their expectations.
