About Kenan Kaplan

I’m a Tech Leader and Software Architect with 20+ years of experience building enterprise-grade systems across banking, finance, telecommunications, and retail industries.I lead architecture while staying hands-on in system design and critical technical decisions. Throughout my career, I’ve architected Core Banking platforms, led CRM and Foreign Trade transformations, and modernized legacy systems into scalable microservices architectures within regulated financial environments. My expertise spans Java (Spring Boot).NET Core (C#), Oracle, and SQL Server, along with enterprise integrations such as SWIFT and ISO 20022 messaging. I’ve designed BPM-driven solutions (Camunda), complex cross-institution integrations, and high-performance data migration processes. I’ve also contributed to CRM dashboards, BI solutions, and UI/UX design initiatives, bridging the gap between technical architecture and user-facing product decisions.I believe great architecture goes beyond technical correctness. It must deliver measurable business value and be supported by engineering teams capable of sustaining and evolving it over time.
