About Kendall King

Hello! I’m Kendall King, a passionate individual pursuing a degree in Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Georgia. With a background in competitive cheerleading, I understand the importance of physical health and the critical role it plays in overall well-being. My goal is to become a physical therapist, where I can emphasize the link between mental and physical health to support individuals on their journeys to recovery and wellness.Currently, I serve as the Cultural and Social Programming Chair for the Black Affairs Council, where I host and create signature events that celebrate and uplift our community. In my role, I aim to inspire others and create a lasting impact on the students I engage with, fostering an environment of inclusivity and empowerment. I also host engagement coaching sessions, where I guide students through the many opportunities for involvement at our university as Peer Leader in the Engagement, Leadership, and Service Office. Additionally, as a Community Service Assistant in UGA Housing, I welcome students into their dorms, manage office tasks, and serve as the first line of defense.Through my work, I strive to inspire and connect with others, believing that every interaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
