I am an experienced Human Resources professional passionate about recruiting the best talent in my industry while protecting our unique company culture at CF Evans Construction. I enjoy partnering with other departments to establish better hiring practices, improve the new hire orientation experience, and create/deliver meaningful training with a metrics-based approach. In collaboration with my HR team, I also implement and administer our company’s rewards and benefits policies and programs. Other passions of mine include organization development and employee engagement. Since the start of my career, I have provided HR and staffing solutions to many of South Carolina’s leading manufacturing companies, small family-owned businesses, and everything in between. My top focuses in previous roles have included staff development, strategic planning, leadership, contingent staffing, executive searches, business development, customer service, and employee relations and retention.
