About Kendall Phillips

After completing my 20 tenure with the United States Navy Submarine Force, I had quite the extensive resume’ – over 40 pages to be exact! I have been challenged by a wide range of tasking - everything from being a dishwasher to Total Force Manpower Management and Analyst. Some of the more exciting tasks included; oceanography, celestial navigation, mechanic (HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic), Master Enterprise Network Manager and Instructor, Industrial Psychology, business process improvement and planning, and driving submarines. One of my post-military goals was to earn a college degree. In just under three years of classroom time, I have completed a Bachelor in Management of Information Systems Technology (Cumma Sum Lauda), Masters in Business Administration (Honors) and Masters of Information Technology Management (Honors). I intend on pursueing a Doctorates of Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Technology Management. Some of my passions and hobbies are anything outdoors, animals and working with my hands. I am in the process of building all the hardwood furniture in my house. While quite the daunting task, it is incredibly satisfying to know you created your furniture.
