About Kendall Stone

Environmental Scientist with over 4 years of experience supporting environmental compliance, site assessment, and remediation efforts across North America. After gaining extensive experience in the U.S. working with local, state, federal, and private clients, I recently relocated to Canada to continue growing my career in environmental management—now with a focus on projects that support First Nations communities. Currently, I’m part of the Vancouver Environmental Solutions team at Arcadis Professional Services (Canada) Inc, where I work closely with First Nations on environmental matters. My work includes conducting Phase 1 & 2 Environmental Site Assessments and Stage 1 & 2 Preliminary Site Investigations, coordinating and executing field sampling events, managing environmental data, and preparing technical reports that inform land stewardship and remediation decisions. Previously, I served as a Stormwater Compliance Specialist II at D.R. Horton, overseeing stormwater management across the Tampa North Division. I developed and implemented regulatory protocols, conducted inspections and audits, and led training programs for staff and contractors. My foundation in environmental science was built at AECOM, where I worked on field sampling, site investigations, and emergency response projects. With certifications in HAZWOPER, pipeline assessment, and stormwater/erosion control, I bring a strong technical and regulatory foundation to my work. I’m especially passionate about environmental resilience and take pride in supporting the development of environmental programs in partnership with First Nations communities.
