About Kendall Walker

Hello! I am currently an experienced English teacher working abroad, and I have had the privilege of teaching students of all ages and backgrounds in a dynamic and multicultural environment. During my time in Korea, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the challenges and rewards of working in a foreign country. I value environments that celebrate diversity and I pride myself on fostering an inclusive classroom where students feel supported, motivated, and empowered to improve their English skills. My primary hope is to leave a long lasting positive impact on my students.I am a well-rounded individual with experience in hospitality, youth, education, mentorship and corporate work. This has aided me with adaptability, problem solving, collaboration and leadership skills. As a born and raised Texan, I am a lover of traveling, trying new things, and widening my world view. I enjoy teaching, however, I see myself as someone who will dabble into different types of careers throughout my life. I value the importance of empathy, active listening, respectfulness and interpersonal relationships. Being useful to others is a passion of mine and I thrive off of someone telling me that I helped them in any aspect of their life, big or small. I believe that we are all connected and that others struggles are not that far from your own, and the same goes for success.
