With over 20 years of leadership experience in the medical, biotech, and pharmaceutical sectors, I am a sales leader who can build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams across multiple states and regions. I have a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Missouri State University, as well as multiple certifications from LinkedIn on leadership, sales forecasting, recruiting/hiring, empowering teams, and setting business unit goals.Currently, I am the Head of Sales at Neurotech Pharmaceuticals, a biotech company focused on developing cell based gene therapies for ophthalmic and rare diseases. I have therapeutic experiences in ophthalmology, orthopedics, cardiovascular, urology, nephrology, and endocrinology disciplines, and I have successfully launched and commercialized products, divisions, and companies across multiple therapeutic areas.
