About Kendia Mutcherson

As a Recruiting Coordinator, I’m the behind-the-scenes maestro, juggling high-volume scheduling (300+ interviews per month!), ATS management (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever), hiring metrics tracking, and candidate experience initiatives. Throughout my extensive career in Retail, Recruiting, and Human I’ve honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and building lasting relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds. In management roles, I further refined my ability to lead teams to deliver exceptional service, fostering a customer-centric environment. As an HR Coordinator, I consistently focused on ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience. These experiences have equipped me with strong organizational skills, data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments. I have technical proficiency in tools like Google Suites, Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms (K-Pay, Dayforce, Lever, Clear Company, Greenhouse, GoodTime, Ashby—you name it, I’ve probably used it). I bring 4+years in fast paced start up environments and 10+years experience in customer service.
