I have worked for the same company since 2017 and have moved from being a Home Care CNA to the Home Care Department Manager. From there, after the closing of the department, I was retained and offered a position in human resources, which I gladly accepted, and enjoyed. Our company changed hands in May 2023 and I was more than happy to make the transition to the new company. This change would allow me to continue working with many of the same people and to learn more about a new position.In 2020, I graduated from Lower Columbia College with honors and received my AA in Medical Office Administration. I was certified through Microsoft in Excel, Word, and Outlook, and made the President's list each quarter during my program. I graduated with a program GPA of 3.97.Certified Nursing Assistant: 8+ years of experience working with those who are at extremely vulnerable places in their lives and helping with their activities of daily living. A very rewarding career. It makes me feel good to be able to help others stay home and live their lives or pass with dignity.
