Thanks for stopping by! I am a person- centered clinician, who creates a supportive space prioritizing my client’s individual needs and goals. I hold the belief that each client is the expert on their own life, and their active participation and perspectives are invaluable to the therapy process. My interests include mood disorders, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, self harm, perfectionism, grief, faith/spirituality, working with LGBTQ+ identities, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. With my warm and empathetic therapeutic style, I invite my clients deeper into their stories, providing them with the space and tools to be able to have a life they feel is worth living!
