About Kendon Jensen

After 10 years in the field of law enforcement I decided to make a “slight” career change to that of computer technology. Currently, working as Brigham Young University-Idaho’s Classroom/Lab manager, I have found the satisfaction I had been seeking. It is gratifying to lead a team that designs and implements classroom architecture of the future for students and faculty. As a team leader I work with a large number of technology vendors to achieve the highest satisfaction for end users in the classroom. Building relationships and creating satisfied clients, namely faculty, has become one of many highlights being in the technology field. Time management and efficiency are two of my strengths; the position I held with my last employer is now a two-person job. I have high level technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of classroom designs. My team management abilities are a strong asset. These skills together create an end result of very little down time in classrooms I service. I know how to get things done and keep things done.
