I have experience in Employee & Occupational Health at MercyOne - Des Moines since 1998. We are responsible for the management of processing new hires, legal drug screen collection for pre-employment, immunization programs, fitness for duty, evaluation of ADA requests and accommodation arrangements, FMLA management, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability.
