About Kendra Cain

As a Program Coordinator at Omaha Bridges, I contribute to the mission of connecting low-income families with resources and opportunities in the Omaha area. I have a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where I gained skills in case management, advocacy, and research. With over four years of experience in the social work field, I have worked with diverse populations and partners, such as schools, nonprofits, and government agencies, to facilitate the delivery of effective and inclusive programs and services. Some of my achievements include securing multiple grants, organizing community events, and developing training materials for staff and volunteers. My core competencies include communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership. I am passionate about social justice and empowerment, and I strive to make a positive impact in my community.
