Hey everyone! I am a skilled Program Manager for the American Association for Thoracic Surgery Foundation. With 5+ years of coordinating experience, a keen eye for detail and a knack for juggling multiple tasks, I am passionate about organizing and executing successful programs that are meaningful to the community. I've had the privilege of planning impactful initiatives focused on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. In my past roles, I organized programs specifically for women and the LGBTQIA+ community, creating spaces for empowerment and support. In my current role, I have the opportunity to help cardiothoracic surgeons and aspiring medical students advance their education through fellowships, grants, and scholarships. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. To further my expertise in program coordination and management, I also pursued a Master of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the same university.
