About Kendra Green

With extensive experience in leadership roles and an active TS-SCI or Q clearance, I have consistently focused on leading strategic missions. As the Director of the Army Force Management School, my commitment to force management and operational planning has been central to our successes. Over a decade of contribution to the military industry has underscored my role as Director/Commandant, where I have always prioritized excellence and mentorship. I am familiar with the challenges of working under pressure and completing objectives in manpower, structure, operations management, safety training, and operational planning. My strong ability to strategize and make decisions, plan and provide guidance, and support teammates was further enhanced by my experience in briefing senior military leaders. My presidency at Toastmasters International is rooted in cultivating leadership and communication skills internationally. Our team's attention to detail and robust training plans have enabled effective external communications, fostering an environment where leaders are developed and strategic objectives are met.I enjoy hobbies such as traveling, volunteering, food adventures, cycling, meeting new people, and continuing to learn.I am looking forward to a connection and my available window is July 2025.
