About Kendra McLean

For as long as I can remember I've been fascinated with the media and communications industry. I was one of many enthusiastic kids who had no problem standing outside 299 Queen St. West in Toronto for hours just to experience a live award show, an exclusive interview or free concert (yes, I did wait outside in below zero weather to catch a glimpse of a young Justin Bieber performing at MuchMusic). The excitement and chaos of the industry is a feeling I've always loved which is what led me to pursue a degree in public relations. After five plus years in the industry, I've gained experience in several areas of media and communications including journalism, event planning and event management, influencer relations, content creation and traditional media relations. My outgoing personality and ability to strike a conversation with anyone in the room helps me establish and maintain strong relationships. I strive to be creative in any work I do and ensure I bring my positive attitude and fun-loving personality to any company I work for.
