About Kendra Redway

Hello! My name is Kendra Redway. I have a family first mentality, as well as a very strong work ethic. My job experience ranges from customer service to management, and I have even been a business owner twice. The first business owner experience was as a Real Estate Agent, and the second was when I decided to embrace my art loving roots and build a business making resin art pieces. When I work for a company, I try to use that business owner mentality to make decisions about the quality of work I am bringing to the table. I have a unique way of thinking. I often have ideas that others had not considered. My perfect position would give me room to be creative, and time to focus on a job task either on my own or with a team who has a common goal. The skills I have gained throughout my work experience include excellent verbal and written communication, Google Speadsheet, Excel, Word, and Slack. I pay attention to detail, and enjoy creative freedoms. I work well with others, and appreciate a good sense of humor. My strength lies in the ability to prioritize tasks in order to accomplish quality work with or without a deadline. I learn best through routine, repetitive action and hands on experience. Some of my interests include music, dance and travel. I studied Art Therapy in college and graduated with an Associates in Liberal Arts. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.
